Insurance
Please remember that insurance is considered a method for reimbursing you for fees you have paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for paying fees. Although we maintain a complete insurance department to assist you in receiving your maximum insurance benefits (from private insurers, Medicare and Medicaid), we are not responsible for the type of coverage or amount of benefits provided by your insurance policy. We will file insurance claims directly with your insurance company, but expect full payment from you within 60 days of processing these claims.

Fees, Payment and Billing
The fee schedule has been carefully considered and constructed to represent the usual and customary charges in this area. The charge reflects office staff and physician time, supplies and the complexity of the problem or procedure. Payment is expected at the time of service. Any unpaid balances are due and payable within 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made with our business office. Obviously, if large and unexpected charges are incurred, or if personal financial problems develop, arrangements can be made through our business office for regular, periodic payments. However, if regular attempts are not made toward satisfying unpaid medical charges, the account will be forwarded to an outside agency, and we will respectfully ask you seek medical care elsewhere.
